*Shipping*

The Chymera Company is currently shipping to all serviceable areas in India.

We do understand the importance of receiving your purchased products in the best condition, and on time. We continuously strive hard to make sure the product reaches you at the earliest possible time.

All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of placing the order. We send them via standard courier partners and share a tracking link. Most deliveries happen within 5-6 working days.

If we are facing huge demands in production, we might get slightly delayed, as all our bags are handmade. But we will try to dispatch the bag as soon as we can, and keep you updated.

Cash on delivery is unavailable.

*Cancellations*

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

The order should be cancelled within 24hours of the order placed.

The Chymera Company reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirements could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

*Return*

We take utmost care to give you a good shopping experience.

All our products are handcrafted with love and care by our artisans, to ensure our customers can get the best of style and quality product.

We provide multiple angle pictures of all our products with some common objects kept inside it to give a better idea of the size of the product and also, we try to give you magnified view of vegan leather and fabric to get a perfect idea about the final product.

Once the order is received, we thoroughly do quality check of the products before it is dispatched.

All the efforts are made to ensure the exact dimensions, quality and feel of the product since once a product is unpacked, we cannot sell it again to another customer and hence we don’t support returns.

Exchange (if applicable)

In any case, if the product you received is defective, kindly send us the images of defect with the bill details at support@thechymeracompany.in

Requested to file the claim within 2 days of receipt of the product

Our team will inspect the case, notify you if it qualifies for replacement or not and get back with you with further process

*Refunds*

If the product is eligible for return, refund will be processed within 2 business days from the day merchandise received back
